Aerobics are great for losing weight and staying healthy, because they strengthen your breathing and heart and helps burn fat. However, many people do not know or understand how to make an aerobic workout in order to maximize the best results. Intensity is a very important aspect of any aerobic workout, so if you want make the most of your aerobic exercise, make sure you are following these three rules.

First, we find that the intensity of which is its sweet spot. If you work too hard, can be injured or will not see the results. However, if you’re not working hard enough, you lose weight or grow stronger. Therefore, we must work with a program that has just the right intensity. When trying new exercises, try to ensure that they include the weight or speed enough for the hard training, but not impossible. Remember also that you will need to work the intensity of your workout as tolerance and increased resistance, so take a look at your routine every week or two and make necessary changes.

The second rule is the intensity and your workout is to be sure. Over training is a big problem because it puts you and those around you in danger. When under the train, you see the results, which may push to intensify. That’s good, but too much and was vomiting before the session is over and possibly injuring yourself. If you are training properly, the muscles must be sore, but your joints should not. Never do an intense workout in which you can not control your form or breathing. Instead, take breaks and use less weight or speed to get back on track. This method will help you get more out of your training anyway. In any case, if you are injured during training, seek help immediately from those around you. It’s a good idea of training with a partner or at least let someone know you’re working in case something happens to you.

Finally, the intensity of the building instead of jumping into the deep end. When you’re starting to exercise, you will not be able to suddenly run the Boston Marathon! Building slowly will help prevent injuries, such as speaking on the second pass, but you also can not help feeling frustrated. If you slowly build your aerobic exercise routine, you will be able to find success more easily.
